Friends of the Library

The Friends of the Marion Public Library organization was formed in 1974.  The Friends encourage community interest in the Library and give financial support for Library projects.  Fund raising is done chiefly through an annual book sale, usually held in June.

Major projects funded by the Friends include support for the Children's and Teen Summer Reading Program and Adult Department programs.

Membership forms are available at any branch of the Library.
